We are a multi-award-winning restaurant with significant distinctions in the culinary world received throughout the years. You must have at least 1 year of experience in a high pace restaurant. Very good knowledge of English is needed.
Responsibilities
* Greeting customers on arrival
* Processing order and ensuring it is delivered to them in a timely and satisfactory manner after communicating with the section's waiter
* Ensuring customers are satisfied and all their needs are covered
* Assisting the manager on duty with the pre-opening & closing of the Restaurant
* Ensuring all transactions are carried out accurately
* Adequately account for stock on shift and ensure wastage is recorded
* Adhering to cleaning schedule and ensuring procedures are followed
Requirements
* Good command of English is a prerequisite.
