Due to significant business growth, we are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to become a key member of our client’s skilled and dynamic workshop team. Key Responsibilities: Manufacture timber and timber-based furniture frames with great attention to detail. Use a range of woodworking machinery and power/hand tools to craft custom furniture. Follow detailed instructions and work independently to meet deadlines. Collaborate with a small team to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality output. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 3 years of experience in joinery, with a focus on furniture frame making (sofas, dining chairs, etc.). Skilled in using woodworking machinery and hand tools. A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality craftsmanship. Motivated, reliable, and punctual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Transport is essential due to the rural location of the workplace. Why Join Us?
