Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation;
* Develop and implement project schedules, milestones, and timelines;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution;
* Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action when necessary;
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration;
* At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the plumbing and heating industry;
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members;
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues;
* Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Asana;
