Are you an immediately available HR Advisor specialising in Employee Relations looking for an exciting new interim contract?

This role offers true hybrid flexible working and the opportunity to partner managers in all aspects of employee relations.
Your main job duties will be as follows:
* Lead on ER cases from investigation to completion including complex ER cases
* Covering all aspects of ER from sickness absence, grievances, disciplinaries, dismissals, performance management, probation reviews and long term absence
* Providing clear advise to line managers and coaching through any investigations
* Attending hearings where necessary
* Assisting with any restructure / redundancy / TUPE cases that arise
This is a full time position with the flexibility to work on-site 1-2 days a week and is initially a 12 month fixed term contract.
As an ER specialist you will have proven experience of independently leading on ER cases in a high volume, fast-paced environment with an up to date and in-depth understanding of UK employment law. You will be customer focused and value driven, able to provide an excellent service to employees and managers and create great working relationships.
