About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our senior leaders and driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR leadership and guidance to our business units, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
* Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that drive business outcomes.
* Lead and manage a team of HR Business Partners, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
* Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic HR initiatives.
* Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance our HR function and drive business results.
Requirements
* Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, with a strong track record of driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
* Leadership and management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
