Our client's two-year trainee programme is for undergraduates in their final year of their studies or candidates who are looking for a career change and either working towards or have completed the CII Diploma Level 4 in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) and need support in the industry to progress.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Practice to ensure that the Partner’s relationships with their clients can be optimized and assist with the daily operation of the office and prepare technical reports for advisors in the Practice following their Client meetings.
* Prepare and maintain compliant client files through internal systems.
* Implement the advisors' recommendations to the client and any supporting documentation required.
* Follow core modules that represent the foundations of professional financial advice and learn processes to meet advice guidance.
* Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.
* Liaise with clients on behalf of advisors and ensure excellent service is delivered.
* Have an awareness and understanding of analyses of clients’ attitude to risk in accordance with their financial planning decisions.
* Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner.
* Introduce potential clients to the Practice and understand the process to grow referrals.
