They are currently looking for an experienced Part Time Administrator to work 21 hours a week within the Community Connections team
Salary: £24,000 per annum Pro Rata
Hours: 21 hours a week (Monday / Tuesday / Friday)
Duration: Permanent

You will be part of the Welcome Project / Community Connections team who offer fantastic mental health support services in the NW Surrey area.
As the Administrator you will have a varied role, involving but not limited to:
First point of contact via phone for clients, staff and referrers and partner agencies
Start the process for all telephone, email and website referrals
Carry out some reception duties when onsite
Input data and information onto the case management system, maintaining accurate up to date records
Plan and produce presentations / materials for team meetings / training
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Take and distribute minutes of meetings as required

Our ideal applicant will have/be;
Previous administration / support experience
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and some experience with PowerPoint
Able to work adhere to processes whilst prioritising and managing own workload
Caring and empathic nature
