Purpose: Working within our lead generation department the candidate will be responsible for the identification of projects that may have a requirement for Millboard products within key market sectors. Once identified it will be the candidates role to progress these opportunities to the point of pricing being issued. The role will mainly consist of calling potential clients to discuss opportunities but will also involve elements of online research and identification of opportunities from industry related search platforms as well as in house data. Scope: Business Development experience is essential in this role and a knowledge of building industry would be an advantage. They must have good communication skills and be comfortable communicating with all levels within an organisation, up to and including directors. Excellent IT skills and experience of working with CRM systems would also be an advantage. This role will report to a departmental team leader. Key Roles & Responsibilities Make introductory calls to new prospects.
