Supply Chain Coordinator
The Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will have a key role within the business to ensure the smooth delivery of multiple and varied projects. You will be involved at every stage of the project from initiation through to delivery, liaising with customers, the project team, and working across internal company departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Raising purchase orders
2. Issuing spares quotations to customers
3. Liaising with suppliers for technical details, including drawings, BoM, specifications, etc.
4. Following up on issued spares quotes to customers
5. Maintaining regular customer contact to drive sales
6. Stock control
7. Monthly financial reporting to Supply Chain Manager
8. Processing supplier invoices
9. Weekly reporting
10. Ad hoc responsibilities as required
The Person
You will need to act as the face of the company, operating at all business levels and communicating both internally and externally. Highly organized with strict timekeeping and proficient IT skills are prerequisites for this position.
This position is paying up to £30,000 with 25 days holiday as well as other benefits. DON’T DELAY, GET IN TOUCH TODAY.
