Location: Manchester or Staines

Salary: £35k - £47.5k DOE and location + bonus + fantastic benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview:
As a Healthcare Development Executive within our Healthcare Management function in UKI, you will support the management and improvement of existing care pathways and initiatives, as well as delivering new development projects that improve healthcare access, experience, quality, outcomes, and affordability for customers.
Working in Healthcare Management, you’ll play a key part in ensuring UKI offers best-in-class treatment and care that delights customers and helps them live longer, healthier, and happier lives, as well as making a better world.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
* Supporting the identification of opportunities that improve the customer experience and deliver high-quality clinical outcomes and access to care while keeping healthcare accessible and affordable.
* Supporting the in-life management and improvement of existing healthcare services and pathways or controls.
* Contributing to the design, development, implementation, and successful embedding and monitoring of new healthcare initiatives across all access channels.
* Working in collaboration with stakeholders throughout Bupa UK, including key functions such as UKI Operations, SD&I team, Provider Management, and Bupa Health Services.
* Supporting the implementation of sustainable, robust processes and pathways with clear process definition and ownership to reduce unwarranted variation, manage risk, and ensure consistent delivery.
* Working within an agile business environment, developing expertise with this way of working including the process and terminology.
* Playing an active role in all Healthcare Management internal activities, proactively engaging with colleagues to help drive a high-performing team and deliver 'love working here' objectives.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* Experience of working in projects delivering significant customer and business performance improvement and responsible for the implementation of streams of work to tight timescales.
* Knowledge of agile working practices to deliver digital change to customers.
* Experience of working to tight deadlines, under pressure, and delivering thorough high levels of ambiguity and uncertainty.
* Proven track record of delivering change through working across multi-functional teams.
* Experience in defining and executing analysis requirements, and using data to inform decision-making.
