Your Team
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be part of an agile automation team. You will be responsible for managing a team of Business Analysts focusing on building our roadmap and delivering robust automations.

What you’ll do
* Responsible for supporting project’s prioritisation, management, coaching, and mentoring of a small team of more junior Business Analysts.
* Responsible for having documents for all process requirements and flow prior and after automation using standardised documents.
* Ensure all stakeholders are well informed of the status of development requirements and scope.
* Participate in sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including process development and deployment.
* Constantly liaise with process owners to raise operational improvements and brainstorm for automation ideas.
How you’ll do it
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, drive for simplicity and clarity along with excellent organisational skills and time management.
* Automation experience, processes and tools.
* Keen to have a deeper understanding of all processes and to improve the cohesion between the teams.
* Plan effectively and efficiently, with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure.
* Resiliency: be able to push forward when things are changing or not going as expected.
* Understanding of the structures of the business and the people/teams needed to leverage and achieve a result.
