About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting 12-month fixed term opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Function based either in Adelaide or anywhere around Australia, reporting to the People Services Lead.
You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive project plan to revamp and relaunch the People Function’s suite of dashboards.
Showcase your skills as you collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand their dashboard requirements and integrate their ideas into the final product.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and continuously improve HR Tableau dashboards to meet the needs of key stakeholders whilst ensuring the data is up to date and accurate.
* Ensure efficient, sustainable and best practice design to build data platforms that facilitate efficient analysis and reduce reliance on manual data maintenance/refresh actions.
* Clearly communicate the plan for improvements in monthly reviews to CPO Stakeholders and CPO Lead Team.
* Work with relevant stakeholders and provide guidance on data structures to deliver impactful reporting and analytics.
* Partner with different teams and stakeholders to utilise available resources as much as possible.
* Effectively communicate and cross train the existing team on changes to upskill their Tableau capabilities, ensuring that dashboards can be managed in-house once the new dashboards are delivered.
About YOU
* Extensive Tableau experience and a solid foundational knowledge of data analytics.
* Strong understanding of best practices for dashboard design.
* Proven experience working with data and connecting it to live workflows.
* Demonstrated experience working in a complex organisation, including building or revamping dashboards.
* Track record of capturing requirements and transforming stakeholder requests into live, functional dashboards.
* Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain NV1.
