Job Title: Quality Coordinator
Location: Monmouth, Monmouthshire, Wales
Contract / Shift: Permanent – Full time – Monday – Friday

About the role:
We have a new opening for the position of Quality Coordinator in our Quality Department. This pivotal role is primarily desk-based (80%) with responsibilities including:
* Data analysis, spreadsheet management, and administrative tasks.
* Collecting and analysing data, issuing rework sheets, and conducting internal and site audits.
* Completing risk assessments and collaborating across departments such as Purchasing, Finance, and Production.
* Engaging with suppliers and stakeholders, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Occasional shop-floor work, including lab tasks and waste material.
You’ll join a friendly, collaborative quality department structured under two teams. You’ll work alongside colleagues in a positive environment that encourages personal growth, innovation, and project development.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* Great IT Skills, particularly in Excel, with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
* The ability to communicate for interactions with different departments and external stakeholders.
* Attention to detail, with the ability to perform audits, analyse data, and complete risk assessments.
* Flexibility: Willingness to assist colleagues on the shop floor as needed.
