More about the role: You will help deliver the IT programme by initiating and delivering IT systems, infrastructure and improvements projects. You will responsible for managing end-to-end IT project delivery, being involved at every stage from pre project (scoping and mapping) to project delivery and post project work. Throughout the project you will be gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements. Our next big projects are upgrading our Housing Management System, migrating to a new Asset management system, and implementing end to end self-appointed repairs for our customers as well as a lot of pre project scoping. You’ll also be able to help us develop and improve our project governance and methodology by contributing best practice with your skills and experience. Who you are: Someone with strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as a solid grounding in project management methodologies and business analysis practices. You will be able to fully embrace customer service in translating between technical and business requirements to develop specifications, plans, and documentation. You should have experience scoping, gathering data, mapping and documenting current ways of working, capturing business and technical/data information; as well as identifying any problems with current systems and processes and conceiving of ways to improve. You will have led a range of projects and ideally led organisational change. You should be passionate about continual improvement and delivering projects that enable positive outcomes for our employees and customers.
