You will be expected to provide community care and treatment, with the facility for assessment of referred service users, flexible review of complex service users and timely discharge in liaison with General Practitioners. Service Users will present with a range of mental health difficulties and need. The role is aligned to the Telford and Wrekin CMHS, which comprising of four PCNs. This service in total has 4.2 Adult Consultants and 2 Older Adult Consultants. The post is aligned to cover 1 of the PCNs (Wrekin PCN) The role involves providing clinical leadership to the team as part of a collective leadership structure, and providing support and supervision as required to Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Non-Medical Prescribers. The post holder will have responsibility to supervise a trainee attached to the team, although as with any training post this is subject to trainee availability.
