Reporting to the Reception Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:
* As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will be handling 'check-in' and 'check-out' with a welcoming smile, answering queries both face to face and over the telephone.
* You will be processing payments too and taking responsibility for cashiering during your shift.
* You will sign-post guest requests to the relevant department as and when challenges arise to ensure guests' comfort at all times.
A 'can-do' approach to guest interaction and service, to ensure our guest's needs are catered for.
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload, which on occasion may well be under pressure!
* Good written and verbal communication skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, (although not essential, previous experience of Opera would be a distinct advantage).
