An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established organization in Amersham. Our client is recruiting for an enthusiastic and organized Support & Admin Assistant, with the main purpose of the role being to assist with running the help-desk Support facility (phone calls and emails) for users, charities and partner organisations. The role is Part Time, to cover 3 days per week (22.5 hours), with one of the days needing to be Monday. This is a fully office-based role reporting to the Head of Service Delivery and working as part of a small team supporting each other to provide an excellent support service for the users. ROLE: Administrative and operational support where required in the office. Frontline help-desk Support. Providing responsive, empathetic and efficient User and Partner Support on the company’s platform by both email and telephone. Adding new charities/users to the platform, updating partner details and enabling individual access. Collecting of bank details to enable donation payments by phone and email. Submitting gift aid claims to HMRC. Referring partners and users to the training team when required. EXPERIENCE: Good level of Customer Service. Excellent attention to detail. Able to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism Previous customer service and administrative experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
