Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Orpington, Greater London. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers in the classroom and helping students achieve their full potential.
Job Duties:
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
* Support students with their learning and development
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of GCSE qualifications in English and Maths
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
* Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
* Knowledge of educational practises and child development
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a classroom setting within a school environment. The work hours are full-time, and the position is offered on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
