Driven by innovation and quality, Nespresso Professional has ambitious plans to expand its business within the OOH sector across the UK & I and is looking for a B2B Sales & Operations Executive to support our mission. You'll be responsible for working cross-functionally to help boost sales, customer experience and Nespresso Professional brand visibility within the HORECA & Office Channels. A day in the life of a Sales & Operations Executive Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing accounts and cultivating relationships with our current customer base, which includes communication through phone and email. - Identify and create sales opportunities within our current customer base. - Follow up on lead generation activities and schedule appointments for the field sales team. - Provide first class customer service to our customers. - Run targeted campaigns in conjunction with marketing. - Fostering and sustaining positive relationships and collaboration across different departments. - Ensure brand visibility standards are adhered to and up-to-date support materials are offered and refreshed in line with our latest guidelines. - Administration & sales support within the Channels including reporting & sales system management. - Contribute to the improvement of processes, organisational capability and lead generation in UK market. Key attributes will include: - Highly motivated and able to work independently as part of a fast-paced team. - Good time management, attention to detail plus a sense of responsibility and accountability. - Problem-solving capabilities. - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Able to establish and maintain effective relationships cross-functionally. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Sales experience is desirable.
