As a Multi-Skilled Operator Chargehand, you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to keep our operations running efficiently and safely. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to make an impact. Operate and monitor machinery (including Forklifts – with training provided) while supporting your team. Help reduce waste, increase efficiency, and keep operations moving smoothly. Take charge on your shift and support excellence in health and safety, product quality, and team engagement. Receive on-the-job training from our in-house experts. Lead by example to promote a positive and safe working environment. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Experience working in an operational role with leadership responsibilities is a plus.
