Empowering Public Sector Success through Strategic Licensing and Customer Engagement The role will involve supporting the Softcat Public Sector sales team in a wide range of Microsoft sales and back office activities. You will be working across the SMC & Education market segments, driving both new business and growing our business with existing customers. As a Public Sector Microsoft Licensing Executive, you'll be responsible for: Driving Microsoft licensing opportunities to closure with Softcat Account Managers Conducting customer conference calls, meetings, proposal writing, and preparing quotes and cost projections Delivering workshops, presentations, and product roadmap sessions Engaging with Public Sector leadership teams to ensure aligned priorities and goals Actively contributing to the go-to-market strategy for Public Sector SMC & Education territories Managing your own geographical territory with support from the PS MS leadership team What we need from you Proven experience in a customer-facing technology sales role Keen interest in becoming an expert in Microsoft technology Strong ability to collaborate on sales opportunities with Account Managers Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Excellent at prioritizing workloads and maintaining high attention to detail Work in a way that works for you We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
