About Our Role

As a Secondary Teacher at Witherslack Group, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons to our students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You will work closely with the school's support staff and therapists to provide individualized care and education that helps each student reach their full potential.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Previous experience working with children and young people with special educational needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a patient and empathetic approach to working with students who may present behavioral challenges.
