Role Overview:
* Support the UK Sales Manager in winning new business and managing key customers.
* Drive growth through strategic development and execution of sales campaigns.
* This is a home-based role with regular regional customer visits, approximately one day working from home and four days face-to-face selling.

Candidate Profile:
* Experience selling technical products within the engineering or industrial sectors preferred.
* Strong business development and account management skills.
* Excellent communicator capable of engaging decision-makers at all levels.
* Proven B2B sales record, with experience in medium to long sales cycles advantageous.
* Personality, sales ability, and communication skills are more important than industry sector; engineering product sales experience is a plus.
