Service Engineer (Leeds)
Location: Leeds, UK

The role:
To carry out commissioning, service and repair of company supplied equipment and to carry out customer training programs on site, delivering high levels of service excellence.
Key responsibilities:
* Liaise with service coordinators to ensure that work is planned efficiently.
* Ensure service provided to customer complies with contractual obligations.
* Carry sufficient stock to satisfy needs of service agreements owned and follow processes for adding additional items when additional stock is required.
* Prepare in advance of service visits, ensuring that all relevant information is available such as drawings and instruction manuals.
* Ensure that customer is made aware of any outstanding issues and how they will be addressed prior to leaving site.
* Complete detailed job sheets whilst on site and obtain customer signature prior to leaving.
Your experience:
An electrical or mechanical background with CCNSG, CSCS Engineering Services Skills Card and a full UK driving license. You will also have experience of our product range, various steam processes and instrumentation.
Your skills:
Strong communication and rapport building skills and the ability to work autonomously under pressure. You are passionate about providing an excellent service with energy and enthusiasm for the job.
