Planned Maintenance Technician | Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced automated manufacturing environment? My client is seeking a skilled individual to join their team as a Planned Maintenance Technician.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform AM/PM activities to maintain equipment, ensuring tasks are completed on-time and according to schedule.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to ensure maintenance tasks are well-documented and executed efficiently.
Conduct regular maintenance audits, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance the PM program.
Provide leadership in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities as assigned.
Support the organisation and preparation of spare parts and materials required for planned maintenance and equipment rebuilds.
Participate in plant shutdowns to perform essential maintenance tasks.
Work closely with the manufacturing unit's technical teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Assist with the technical development and training of unit technical staff across all shifts.
Carry out additional duties as required to support the business.About You:
Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) is highly advantageous.
A minimum of 5 year's experience in a high-speed automated manufacturing setting.
Strong team player with the ability to coach and mentor team members on technical matters.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and make quick, effective decisions.
Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of both electrical and mechanical practices.
