Key Responsibilities:

3. Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects to ensure optimal utilisation and success.
4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the programme’s success.
5. Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
6. Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and control the programme budget to meet financial objectives.
7. Coordination of Projects: Oversee and coordinate interdependencies among various projects to ensure mutual benefits and alignment.
8. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on programme progress, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
9. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering effective collaboration and high performance.
10. Change Management: Implement and manage changes to adapt to evolving business needs and environments.
