Operations Assistant - Full Time
Location: Guildford, UK - office based
Salary: £35,000 per annum

About the Role:
As our Operations Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office operations, ensuring a smooth, organised environment. Key responsibilities include:
Having oversight of the consultancy team diaries and emails ensuring clients' needs are met and time is recorded accurately.
Working with the finance team to ensure the invoicing is accurate, timely and client queries are handled.
Manage the client contract process and deal with contract renewals.
Track company KPI’s.
Managing and organising company events.
Coordinating meetings, bookings, and ensuring new leads are dealt with by the relevant people.
Assisting with new team member onboarding and setup (e.g. logins, systems access).
Managing office supplies and vendor relationships.
Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
Supporting team projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Maintaining a welcoming workspace for team members—and their dogs!
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a similar role, ideally in the professional services industry. The ability to multitask and attention to detail is essential to be successful in this role.
