Hays is working exclusively with a charity in North Bristol who are looking for a payroll administrator on a temporary basis, initially for 6 months. Pay for the role is £15-16 per hour holiday. The organisation offers hybrid working, operating in the office 1-2 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and a deep understanding of Workday. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations for employees.Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing:Assist the Head of Payroll with processing of SSP Data Management:Maintain and update employee payroll records on Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Issue Resolution:Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee enquiries in a timely and professional manner on Workday. Reporting:Generate and analyse payroll reports using Workday to support financial and operational decision-making.
