Salary and Benefits:
£31,000 basic salary with an OTE of £46,000, with company car, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales service.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the DS Brand Manager, you’ll execute the sales process from initial enquiry through to aftercare, delivering exceptional experiences to all our customers. Your role will be pivotal in delivering excellence, from creating a welcoming environment to proactively generating new customer enquiries and driving brand awareness through various channels.
To support your success, you’ll receive 1st class brand training, a 6-month guaranteed bonus, and a robust, structured 30-day internal training plan designed to make learning fun and enjoyable. Your Journey as a DS Concierge:
1. A true ambassador for DS, you’ll showcase an in-depth understanding of our brand’s exclusive market position, products, and services while representing it with pride and excellence, ensuring the customer is fully informed of all offers.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, actively listening to their needs to deliver sales and aftersales support while building strong personal and professional relationships.
3. Enhance our customers' journey through seamless interactions across physical and digital touchpoints, facilitating contactless appointments, home deliveries, and exclusive events.
4. Drive brand awareness through social media, marketing initiatives, events, and online presence while keeping our customers informed of brand and product news/developments, ensuring their DS experience is always current and exciting.
5. Support the DS Brand Manager with supply management, vehicle orders, business forecasting, and stock management to ensure efficient operations.
6. Meet the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations.
