Job Profile: As the Consultant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, building, and implementing client specific marketing campaigns for The London Clinic in liaison with the wider commercial team, with a specific focus on the Consultant body. Key Duties: Business development for consultants/consultant - lead accountability for working closely with the Commercial Director, HOD Marketing and CBRM (Consultant Business Relationship Managers) to build relationships with consultants and grow their business at The London Clinic. Marketing plan and campaign development - work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop marketing plans and campaigns which promote specialisms and consultants to align with the wider business objectives of The London Clinic. To drive activity for our key Consultants/Consultant Groups. To increase market share, patient numbers and revenue growth. Across self-pay, PMI and international audiences. Campaign management - be responsible for marketing campaigns across various channels to support specific products and services by Consultant speciality, GP services, health assessment etc., which align with business goals, targets and budgets. Working with wider marketing team on channel specific elements such as digital media, offline media, design, PR and comms. Points of Difference (PODs) - work with consultants to understand the points of difference (POD) between us/them compared to our competitors, so we can build strong and effective marking plans and campaigns. Analytics and reporting - utilise analytics tools to measure effectiveness of marketing activity, optimise performance and report on KPIs to senior stakeholders. Skills & Experience: Proven ability in the development of marking and communications strategy; delivery of operational plans; development, launch and optimisation of paid media campaigns. Preferably experience in private or national health organisations, or health and wellbeing sector more broadly. Demonstrable experience of building external relationships and partnerships, working with suppliers and third-party parties. Experience in the development of budgets, establishing procedures for monitoring progress against plans and objectives, and for ensuring best use of financial and other resources. Creative and entrepreneurial ability to identify and develop new marketing and communications opportunities and partnerships. Embraces and leads change, comfortable taking calculated risks, possessing high levels of resilience.
