Job summary
This a rare opportunity to join our award winning resourcing team.
The Senior Resourcing Coordinator will work as part of a team to deliver a pro-active, responsive and business focused permanent recruitment service throughout Sirona, driving continuous improvement, best practice and helping to enable the provision of high quality, effective and safe services throughout the organisation. They will work alongside Recruitment Consultants and manage the workload for the recruitment coordinator team.
This role will be hybrid, with 2 days expected in our Yate headquarters.
Main duties of the job
Daily support to coordinators
Act as lead for ESR & TRAC knowledge
Use and manage Trac system and using to delegate work load
Take responsibility for dealing with all enquiries and correspondence relating to the service
Support with recruitment and interview events and delivery.
Compliance reporting and support with monthly onboarding.

Essential
1. GCSEs MathsGrade A-C or equivalent
2. GCSE English Grade A-C or equivalent

3. NVQ in administration or equivalent experience

4. Previous work experience working in a busy recruitment/resourcing function
5. Experience of developing and supervising others and dealing with the escalation of issues.
6. Good levels of IT literacy including proficiency in Word and Excel.
7. Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
