First Table, a leader in tech innovation within the hospitality sector on a global scale, is on the lookout for a vibrant Business Development Manager to be based in Edinburgh or surrounding areas.
With our eyes set on continued growth in one of our most pivotal markets, we require a strategic pioneer, ideally with hospitality experience, to join a small but vibrant existing team. This is a work-from-home position, but the successful candidate should expect to spend considerable time in the market visiting restaurants and partners, in addition to some time interacting with the existing UK team, mostly located in London.
About The Role

Your mission will involve leveraging your strategic insight and exceptional relationship-building skills to bridge the gap between restaurants and culinary enthusiasts via our exciting platform. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a sales strategy for Scotland and Northern Ireland, aligning with the company's objectives.
* Forge long-lasting relationships with restaurants in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
* Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends and competitors, using this knowledge to identify new opportunities.
* Drive user acquisition and retention strategies.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales or business development roles, and track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a massive plus, and your ability to hit the ground running with existing contacts will push you to the top of the queue for this position.
