About the Role We are recruiting for x3 Business Change Managers to support the delivery of IT initiatives that improve business processes and enhance the use of technology across the University. You’ll be part of a collaborative delivery team, supporting the leadership and implementation of change across various portfolios, including Administration, Education, Research, and Engagement. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure that staff and students are supported and ready for new ways of working as part of our ongoing digital transformation. This includes assessing the scale and impact of change, designing appropriate change strategies, and coordinating communications and training activities. You’ll play a vital role in helping the University realise the benefits of its digital initiatives, working in both traditional and Agile environments. About You We’re looking for people who can:
