Job summary An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Band 3 Administrator to join our Mental Health Administration Hub based in St Helens. You will be part of a large administrative team supporting the mental health services in St Helens and Knowsley. Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Early Intervention in Psychosis Team along with providing cover during annual leave / sickness periods for other administrators within the admin hub so there will be a need to learn all admin processes within the hub. You will be required to provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative secretarial service to the multi-disciplinary team ensuring that letters, minutes and reports are accurately produced within agreed timescales, data input to the required standards, and an effective filing and retrieval system is maintained. You will ensure effective liaison with multi-disciplinary staff / patients / carers / outside agencies ensuring accurate information is communicated as and when required.
