You will communicate with patients and their relatives via telephone and email and keep accurate records of your interactions. You will support with facilitating meeting coordination, room bookings, diary management, ordering stationery, and low-level budgeting. You will also prepare data and reports as required.

You will need to have a qualification in typing/word processing or be able to demonstrate an equivalent standard of work. Experience of Microsoft Office packages is necessary as is some experience with case management systems. You will be able to take notes at meetings as well as schedule meetings and coordinate events as required. Working as part of a team is key in this role, but you should also be able to be an independent thinker and use your own initiative. You will need to possess balanced judgment and maintain a calm, friendly, and efficient manner when dealing with staff, patients, colleagues, and visitors.
