Cleaning Supervisor About us: Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. The role: You will take ownership and responsibility for the College cleanliness, and be accountable for the supervision of the Cleaning Services across the College, being a friendly face for our customers and colleagues. You will lead, motivate and supervise a team of Cleaning Operatives undertaking general cleaning tasks, as directed by the Cleaning Manager and assist where necessary, providing training, guidance and encouragement, whilst monitoring individual performance. Full time (37 hours per week) Permanent £28,387 - £30,850 per annum Gorseinon and Jubilee Court Campuses Key Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for any cleaner concerns Ensure all tasks are completed with due regard to service level agreements and legislation including Health & Safety.
