Package: up to GBP36,000 DOE
Core Hours: Part Time - Weekend Work - Plus Monday & Friday
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
Location: Runcorn - Fully Office Based

Main Responsibilities to Include:
1. Management of Traction Shifts.
2. Creation of work on our transport management system.
3. Liaising with customers regarding load opportunities and providing them with updates.
4. Brokering load opportunities with our third party haulage partners (subcontractors).
5. Reconciling customer orders with transport plans.
6. Organising and responding to enquiries.
7. Assisting in the onboarding of new hauliers.
8. Assisting in new customer sales.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in a transport environment is essential.
2. Great attention to detail.
3. Strong people skills and excellent communication.
4. Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
5. Computer literate with good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience Required:
1. Transport Planning: 3 years (required)
2. Customer service: 3 years (required)
