Up to £35,000 DOE Bonus
Monday to Friday, 2pm – 10pm
As a Technical Operator, you’ll be hands-on with state-of-the-art food manufacturing equipment – including packaging lines, seasoning systems, conveyors, and high-speed filling machines. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our clients production lines run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, with a strong focus on quality and performance.

Duties of the Technical Operator:
Operating and monitoring machinery in line with production targets and safety protocols.
Troubleshooting technical issues to minimise downtime.
Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment.
Working closely with the Engineering, Quality, and Training teams.
Driving improvements by suggesting and implementing smarter ways of working.
Using digital tools, such as Redzone to track production and report issues.
What we look for:
Experience in a technical or mechanical engineering role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Confident communication and computer literacy.
