Hays Technology is working with a public sector client to recruit a UX Designer. This role will run for an initial 4 months with a likely extension after that period.
The role will be £550 plus p/d Inside ir35 majority remote.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing user experience and content strategy and solutions; creating, evaluating, updating, and reviewing interactions and content to make a product or service usable, seamless, and accessible at all stages of the end-to-end user journey.
2. Provide expert-level support for user experience and content design of our most complex interactions, products and services, working in multidisciplinary teams, including working across multiple product teams concurrently to deliver services end to end from discovery to live, working in the open and keeping the user at the centre of all you do.
3. Create user experience and content strategy with the services that you work with, helping them make their user experience and communication clearer and more outcome-driven, enabling the service to transform.
4. Create and iterate the overall experience a user has with a product, service or content, especially our most vulnerable residents, who depend on our products and services to accomplish their policy intentions.
5. Use analytics data, interaction, product, service design, user feedback and user research to identify users' needs, map user journeys and inform user experience and content strategy.
6. Take part in user research, usability analysis, gathering data and insights to help make user experience and content changes within products and services.
