BonCulina is one of the leading food manufacturers supplying chilled and frozen food to the NHS, healthcare and complimentary markets. We are based in Colchester, Essex. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Decant Operative to join our team decanting ingredients in readiness for the chefs to cook.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 10.00 hrs - 18.30 hrs
The role:
Working in a small team removing ingredients from packaging and building into recipe kits for the chefs to cook. Working in ambient, chilled and frozen environments; full PPE will be supplied for working in these environments.
Applicants should have:
* Good numeracy and literacy skills.
* Good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
* Good work ethic, a flexible working approach to tasks and hours, and the ability to manage their own time effectively to achieve daily tasks and targets within a small team.
* Attention to detail.
* The physical capability to manoeuvre and lift loads up to 25 kg.
