What you'll be doing day to day Building strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular contact Working closely with aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client service Responding to client queries Liaising with operational teams such as paraplanners and business administrators Arranging client meetings and coordinating meeting packs (as required) Assisting clients with completion of application forms (as required) Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with company policies About you A strong client service ethic Professional, articulate, and confident in your approach Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with a knack for building rapport.
