Pay and Benefits: - Salary range £25000-£27000 per annum with bonus - Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits - Pension - Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being. - DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day of your choosing) The impact you will have in this role: The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will be a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, with responsibility for development and maintenance of front-end user interfaces on our public-facing websites. The ideal candidate will have the technical skills and experience necessary to build web pages and CMS templates, and will have experience coding in front-end technologies such as html and JavaScript. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Sitecore and Joomla is preferred Your Primary Responsibilities: - External Websites: - Process daily content updates, file migration and manage legal filing and operational postings (monthly review of uploads; checks on correct file names, correct classifications, correct dates, etc; manages user access). - Provide support for on-going site maintenance activities such as end to end testing and functional testing. - Create microsites to support key marketing & sales initiatives. - Design and execute on Web Design aligned with brand standards. - Provide web analytics to measure trends, behavior, and usage to help drive decisions. - Support the MarTech Team for on-going initiatives to evolve our technology stack. - Develop and maintain training documentation and support digital projects as needed - Intranet - Maintain access rights for and train new editors - Assist page owners with page set up - Monitor site to keep content current - Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience - Minimum of 2 years of related experience Talents Needed For Success: - 3-5 years’ experience in website management, including UI Design/Development, basic front-end development (via CMS, HTML and javascript), workflow management and request trafficking - Proficiency with web content management systems (CMS) & databases - Experience with Sitecore, Joomla, Marketo and Salesforce.com would be preferred - Strong communications skills to facilitate collaboration with internal partners and clients - Organization skills to manage multiple concurrent initiatives We offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
