Sitting at the heart of the Compliance Team, our administrator supports the Head of Compliance in delivering compliance assurance for the Trust.
Liaising daily with the Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Risk & Governance, Security, and Contracts teams, they are the hub of the team in ensuring that we meet our obligations around reporting, actions from meetings, placing of orders, liaising on, and payment of invoices to contractors.
We are a collaborative, friendly team that works together to meet our workload.
This role is 30 hours per week Mon-Fri, no weekends, with options on flexible working.

7. Organise and Maintain Electronic Filing
8. Track Holiday and Sickness Data

We are looking for someone that is courteous, professional, and maintains confidentiality. Communicates well with good interpersonal skills, has a calm demeanour, and is confident in their own abilities to manage and prioritise own workload to work independently.
Good written and spoken English, with attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.

The post holder will work alongside the Head of Compliance and their team in delivering effective compliance management services.
To assist on the delivery of a comprehensive, professional, and confidential business support function in the provision of compliance and performance associated management services.
Tasks included, but not limited to:
1. Support the Head of Compliance with the efficient running of the compliance team and deputise for designated others when required.
2. Manage and prioritise own workload and be able act independently within own remit.
3. Recognise when management decisions are required and seek input from managers.
4. Taking minutes, notes, extracting relevant data, combined with compiling letters, action logs and plans, and sending them as appropriate, electronically.
