Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales director to join our market-leading business as a Sales Director for Water Treatment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for sales growth and account management in the water treatment sector.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of sales representatives, work closely with marketing, technical, and operational teams, and achieve business objectives. You will cover the Northern region, manage a team of 5 Account Managers and Service techs, and have hiring responsibility and develop the ongoing growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of water treatment and legionella control, strong leadership skills, and experience managing engineers and technical staff. Candidates should be comfortable with travelling across the UK and have experience dealing with large projects.

What We Offer
A base salary of up to £60k, OTE £90k-£100k with superb commission structure, company car allowance and fuel card, big pension contributions, new tech (laptop and mobile), and 25 days holiday.
