Interim Accountant, Gloucestershire, 6-8 weeks, £85-95K, immediate start Are you an experienced and hands-on finance professional with a proven track record in Private Equity backed environments? We're looking for an experienced Interim to join a team within a PE-backed group. This is a critical role supporting the senior leadership team through a period of transformation and growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely consolidated monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with detailed variance and tour analysis Reconcile group balance sheets monthly, ensuring accuracy and integrity of key accounts Oversee VAT compliance, returns, and regulatory submissions across the group Support the CFO with statutory account approvals and year-end audit requirements Manage and ensure timely delivery of all financial and regulatory reporting Essential Skills & Experience Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) Prior experience working in a Private Equity backed business is essential Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Sage 200 Professional Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving, hands-on environment with a proactive, self-starter mindset What we are looking for Experienced capable Accountant with operational focus and an ability to hit the ground running Someone who brings energy, drive, and a passion for getting things done right To apply please submit your CV and a short cover note detailing your availability and relevant experience.
