Avon Search and Selection are excited to be working with a care provider of choice to help them source an experienced Home Manager for their private specialist care facility in Ilfracombe. The company provides luxurious, modern facilities and the highest levels of care for its mental health clients.
The Person
The successful candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. You should be an experienced Registered Home Manager and ideally hold your RMA or be willing to work towards it.
You will need to have achieved a Good/Outstanding CQC rating in your last inspection.
Qualified RMN with NVQ Lv4 in a relevant qualification or holding a Lv5 Health & Social Care Diploma.
Main Responsibilities
* Providing leadership to the Care, Facilities, and Administration teams of the Care Home.
* Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and maintaining awareness of relevant regulations.
* Maintaining the operation of the service at high standards within the financial budget or other parameters set by the company.
* Leading marketing efforts for the home and promoting its services.
* Managing the services in accordance with standards set by the Registered Provider, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and best practices.
