Experience
Excellent IT skills inclusive of Microsoft 365, specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Essential)
Understanding of relevant policies, legislation and codes of practice within Education (Desirable)
Previous experience of working within an educational setting (Desirable)
Management of an MIS database or similar (Essential)
Experience of working collaboratively within a large organisation (Essential)
Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences (Essential)
Ability to work flexibly in a team situation whilst being able to prioritise, show initiative and work independently, ensuring key routine tasks are achieved within deadlines. (Essential)
Experience of staff development and performance management (Essential)
Significant experience of developing administrative processes (Essential)
