Learn to diagnose and resolve application-related issues, escalating where necessary. Help document application workflows, processes, and user guides. Support the design, testing, and deployment of digital system solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of clinical and non-clinical services. Assist in the development and presentation of solution designs, ensuring alignment with operational requirements. Help configure application templates, protocols, and workflows in collaboration with the team. Participate in training sessions and provide floor support during new system rollouts. Offer on-site or remote support to staff as they adapt to new systems or workflows. Learn how to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear, concise manner. Track and manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk tool, ensuring accurate documentation of all reported issues and resolutions. To be a successful Digital Systems Apprentice you'll need: Strong interest in digital systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users. Ability to work proactively and take initiative, showing a willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A customer-oriented approach, demonstrating professionalism and reliability.
