We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Design and analyse structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
* Utilise software such as AutoCAD, Revit for drafting and modelling structural designs.
* Conduct calculations using Tekla Tedds to verify structural integrity and performance.
* Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop comprehensive project plans.
* Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all phases of the project are completed on schedule.
* Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project specifications, including system design details.
* Participate in site inspections to assess ongoing work and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Minimum Requirements
* A degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
* Proficiency in structural design software including Tekla TSD.
* Strong mathematical skills with experience using Mathcad for calculations.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of project management principles is advantageous.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-engineers.
