Project Architect for Design Focused Small Housing projects in UK
Salary: £40-49k DOE
Full-time, Permanent
An award winning Architects practice renowned for delivering people focused projects across small residential housing and mixed use projects (10-50 units) are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Projects Architect to join their dynamic team in central London.
Ideally you will have 6-8 years experience in a Project Architect capacity in practice already, project sector is not relevant but practice experience working in Revit is required. You will be joining the team working on design, developments, and implementation of UK Housing, Mixed Use and public realm projects. Working collaboratively with a team of dedicated Architects, Part II's and external specialist consultants.
This is a great position to join a growing team, expand your experience and work through all RIBA stages as you develop your career to a Senior Architect position. Within a supportive team that truly focuses on individuals career growth and progression.
What you will need:
Minimum 6 years experience working in a London Architects practice
Practical experience in Revit
Eligibility to work in the UK.
An interest in staying up to date in design trends, materials and sustainability would be beneficial too
